Hey, I"m baaack! Yep, no interest in the Super Bowl, but I did watch the half time show. Here is my challence card for Betty Wright's Challenge FTTC52B. You can get the details HERE. The challenge was to make a card using a popped up image. I cut out the cupid and set it out with foam dots. I am also entering this card in the "Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #39. Those details can be found HERE
Here are the details:
Stamps: Flourishes "Angelic Love" and "Clouds", SU's "French Script"
Ink: Memento black, Melon Mambo
Paper: SU Black, Melon Mambo, Pink Pirouette
Other: Spellbinders scalloped hearts, hearts, MS leaf punch, Cuttlebug setr of 4 scalloped circles, Stickles stardust, White detail EP, MS border punch, pearls and ribbon
The flowers were constructed by layering the 4 scalloped circles which were stamped with French Script. I ruffled up the layers and added stickles to some of the petals. The smaller flowers are just less layers.
Thanks for taking a peek and have a great week!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARD
Hello and Happy New Year! With just a few days to spare, here is a BD card for my Dad. Masculine cards are not my specialty and keeping it clean and simple was a tough one! I SO wanted to glitter it up.
Stamps: Inkadinkado
Paper: SU Brilliant Blue, GP
Ink: Memento Danube Blue
Other: MS "Happy Birthday" punch, Cuttlebug embossing folder, SU piercing template, sponge, Ballet Blue SU marker, Generic brand dewdrops.
For some reason these paper and ink colors worked best for me......To color my dewdrops I punch out circles using a standard hole punch. I glue them to the card and then glue the DD on top. This way I easily coordinate them with my project. This method works great with design paper as well. Also, I sponged Danbue blue around the edges of the focal image and the embossed panel.
Im looking forward to Valentine'sDay and Spring cards with lots of ribbon, flowers and glitz! Hope to see you back soon!
