Other: Spellbinders "Create a Flake 1", Polka Dot Frame, MS Icicle Border Punch, Oriental Trading Co. brads, Doodlebug sugar coating, Iridescent Ice EP.
The frame was airbrushed with BG05 and then while still in the frame die, rubbed with VM. After removing the paper from the frame I sprinked over the VM with II EP and heat embossed. This card has lots of sparkle....I wish it photographed better!

Oh this card is so beautiful! Love your winter fairy and how you made the card look winter, with the bleu and white colours, the icey border and the pretty snowflakes! The bow looks fab also!
